I am pleased to inform you about the successful finish of shipment of the Test Samples “FT”. Just three laboratories will get their test samples at a later date, as mutually agreed. Please let me know when the Test Sample "FT" arrives at your institute. This is a very import information for my documentation. Thanks a lot!!!

Payment: At the moment we are preparing the invoices for programs “Flame Transmission - Test Round 2013” and “Temperature Classification - Test Round 2013”. Approximately in October we will send out the respective invoice to each participant. The fee can be paid at any time in the year 2013. Information about bank details will be provided with the invoice. Here again the costs mentioned in the roll out paper:

1. The program “Temperature classification - Test Round 2013” EUR 2.500 incl. 19% VAT
2. The program “Flame transmission - Test Round 2013” EUR 2.500 incl. 19%VAT
3. Both programs “Temperature Classification” and “Flame transmission” together EUR 4.000 incl. 19% VAT.

Updated time schedule for Program “Flame Transmission - Test Round 2013”:
December 2013: Deadline for uploading the Test Results “FT” of Program “Flame Transmission – Test Round 2013” Phase 1. (Laboratories which receive their Test Sample “FT” at a later date will have a later uploading deadline)
January 2014: Evaluation and publication of Test Results “FT” – Phase 1 and release of the interim report
February 2014: Phase 2 of Program “FT”
March 2014: Deadline for uploading the Test Results “FT” of Program “Flame Transmission – Test Round 2013” Phase 2
April 2014: Evaluation and publication of Test Results “FT” – Phase 2 and release of the final report
July 2014: Workshops at PTB

Updated time schedule for Program “Temperature Classification - Test Round 2013”:
October 2013:  The first Test Sample “TC” will be send out
Until December 2013:  The shipping of all test samples will be finished
April 2014: Deadline for uploading the Test Results “TC” of Program “Temperature classification– Test Round 2013” Phase 1
May 2014: Evaluation and publication of Test Results “FT” – Phase 1 and release of the interim report
June 2014: Phase 2 of Program “FT”
